We’re looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to support our clients across India. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end hiring — from understanding client needs to sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the selection process.
Location: Remote (India) Engagement Type: Freelance / Project-Based Industry Focus: Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, IT, and Startups
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across industries.
Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to both candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity reports.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Futurise’s brand values.
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of recruitment experience (agency or RPO preferred).
Proven success in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, or IT roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently.
