We’re seeking a freelance recruiter with expertise in U.S. and Canada-based hiring — particularly for IT and product roles. You’ll work closely with Futurise’s delivery team to identify, screen, and present qualified local candidates (U.S. citizens and green card holders).

Key Responsibilities
Source and engage qualified local talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Screen candidates for technical proficiency, communication, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process.
Collaborate with Futurise’s leadership to ensure client alignment and timely delivery.
Stay updated on U.S. talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance norms.
What We’re Looking For
3–8 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment.
Deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, visa status, and compliance.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with niche tech roles (e.g., AI, DevOps, Data).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, high-accountability setup in US working hours.
