We’re looking for dynamic soft skills trainers who can deliver engaging and outcome-oriented sessions across areas such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. You’ll collaborate with Futurise’s learning team to design and deliver customized training programs that enhance organizational performance.
Location: Pan India (Remote / On-site as required) Engagement Type: Freelance / Workshop-Based Industry Focus: Corporate Teams, Managers, Early-Career Professionals
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive classroom or virtual workshops for client organizations.
Customize session content based on industry, role, and learning needs.
Use real-life examples, role plays, and activities to create lasting learning impact.
Provide post-training reports and feedback summaries.
Contribute to the development of new learning modules and tools.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a corporate trainer or L&D professional.
Proven expertise in delivering soft skills and behavioral programs.
Strong facilitation, storytelling, and engagement skills.
Certification in training or coaching (optional but preferred).
