About the Role

We are hiring an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Apprenticeship Programs (NATS/NAPS) to support recruitment operations and apprenticeship workforce management at the manufacturing plant in Hyderabad. This role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end hiring processes along with strong knowledge of NATS and NAPS frameworks.

Experience: 5+ years in HR / Recruitment within manufacturing or engineering environments
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad
Engagement Type: Third-party payroll (working at client site)
Industry Focus: Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Independently source and manage hiring requirements under NATS and NAPS programs.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Oversee onboarding, tracking, and administration of NATS and NAPS apprentices.
  • Ensure compliance with NATS/NAPS guidelines, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and apprenticeship data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and recruitment analytics for internal reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with plant HR and business teams to support workforce planning.
  • Maintain structured documentation and process adherence across recruitment operations.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment within manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Prefer someone with knowledge of NATS and NAPS guidelines, processes, and compliance.
  • Open to recruiters who may not have managed NATS/NAPS, but can manage end-to-end recruitment or campus hiring (agency recruiters are also welcome)
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent data management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment.
