About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Manager – Investment (Startup Fundraising) to lead investor acquisition, fundraising initiatives, and relationship management. This role is critical to driving AUM growth, expanding investor networks, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate brings strong fundraising experience, deep investor relationships, and a high-ownership, target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & AUM Growth
  • Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) against defined targets.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals through investor onboarding and capital deployment.

Investor Relationship Management
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
  • Reactivate dormant investors and convert them into active participants.
  • Build long-term trust through transparent communication, timely updates, and portfolio insights.
  • Pitch curated startup opportunities and the platform’s value proposition to investors.
  • Ensure seamless investor onboarding, including KYC and activation.

Business Development & Conversion
  • Source and onboard new investors through referrals, networking, and events.
  • Maintain and manage an investor conversion pipeline from first interaction to activation.

Networking & Outreach
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and investor forums.
  • Conduct one-on-one investor meetings to present investment opportunities and strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with Venture Partners, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
  • Stay updated on funding trends, investor behavior, and market dynamics.

Strategic Input & Reporting
  • Prepare and present fundraising updates, investor reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with portfolio needs.
  • Track and report KPIs including AUM growth, investor outreach, conversions, and revenue.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in startup fundraising or investment-related roles.
  • Strong network across HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
  • Proven track record of achieving AUM or revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a results-driven approach.
