Harsh Nangia

Harsh is passionate about helping organizations grow by unlocking the power of talent. With over 19 years of experience across India, North America, and Europe, he has led enterprise sales, large-scale recruitment delivery, and HR technology transformations for Fortune 500 companies, global MNCs, and fast-growing startups.

He has managed P&L and end-to-end delivery for over 2,500 annual hires, leading a team of 16 recruiters and serving 100+ clients across diverse sectors including technology, manufacturing, engineering, and services.

Harsh’s expertise spans building Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models, scaling SaaS-driven recruitment businesses, leading complex technology hiring mandates, and driving HR and digital transformation initiatives.

Having worked closely with CXOs and leadership teams worldwide, he brings a holistic understanding of how talent strategy directly impacts business performance — combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth.
